At The Rockhill Cooking Academy we cook, learn about ingredients, learn the history of meals and dishes and study and prepare foods. We study the botanical legacies of plants and incorporate all of that new knowledge into a fabulous menu. We spend most of the time preparing foods we've learned about, and some of the time eating and having a blast!
All recipes have been tested and are healthy and delicious. Each class focuses on a unique theme that has been developed especially for kids and young adults. By learning to choose seasonal all organic fruits and vegetables along with a good foundation of simple recipes, anyone can be a chef!

I charge a consultation fee and send you a kitchen overhaul list. I'll meet with you in your home, and set custom menus incorporating skills and we set up a schedule of cooking instruction- in your home. These lessons have become invaluable tools for home cooks who want to learn some new skills and implement new creative healthy menus.
Very popular for kids getting ready to set out on their own! Learn the basics in skills, meal planning, healthy choices, technique and preparing and cooking food. We set custom menus incorporating skills and we set up a schedule of cooking instruction. Starting with dorm ideas, easy and healthy, and move on to apartment living, menu planning, grocery shopping and cooking- for one or 20 people!
